The aim of this project is to design an integrated quality management (QM) model that will be able to respect the non-linearity of requirements - the varying relationship between the level of requirement fulfillment and the overall satisfaction of the customer. The model will build on the detailed examination of the links “Quality loop”. Data from surveys as well as other additional secondary sources will be processed within this project. The results of the project will help to understand latent linkages between customer requirements and satisfaction, as well as it will be helpful to transfer of requirements into product characteristics. The project covers 4 areas – address these areas can fulfilled significant shortcomings in the QM theory as well as in the practical level of QM: 1) knowledge of the requirements, 2) their integration, 3) the determination of quality priorities from the perspective of the organization, 4) the impact of marketing communication on customer perception of quality.

During the transformation of the library system in Slovakia after 1990, she worked as a central methodologist for marketing and library management in Slovakia at the Slovak National Library in Martin. In the 1990s, she stood at the founding of the Professional Women's Club in Slovakia and she was the first chairwoman of the Professional Women's Club in the Poprad and Kežmarok districts in 1998–2002.

She built an information and knowledge department in an international holding company, which at that time, with its results, ranked among the most successful in the world. For which she was awarded by the professional public for the field of information and knowledge management in business practice at the global conference ONLINE 2004 in London.

Other awards include the "Most Beautiful Book and Promotional Material" award in 2015 for the publication “Chemosvit - 80 years of a successful journey” from the Slovak Syndicate of Journalists, than the CORPORATE MEDIA OF THE YEAR 2017 award from the Slovak Corporate Media Club and the Slovak Business Agency for the magazine REFLEXIE - Compendium of Theory and Practice, of which A. Diačiková is a co-founder in 2017 and editor-in-chief to the present and the Self-Governing Prešov Region awarded her book with Book of the Year 2023 for 2nd place in the scientific literature category for the publication "Spišská Teplica and the Cistercians. The Historical Significance of the Cistercians and Their Legacy for the Present and the Future".
